Lemongrass Tea, pack of 10 bags, 13g
Lemongrass is an herb native to Sri Lanka and southern India but now grows in many countries around the world. The stems of the plant are a common ingredient in Asian cuisine, but lemongrass can also be brewed into tea. The plant has long leaves similar to those of seaweeds. There are an estimated 55 species of lemongrass, but only the East Indian and West Indian varieties are suitable for use in the kitchen. Several researchers are interested in the health and medicinal benefits of lemongrass tea.
